Product introduction:

Precautions

1. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard. Jianyi has added it himself. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply will cause permanent damage to some of the chips on the board (even for 2 seconds)

2. There is sampling over-current protection at the output of the motor during normal operation. Since the power and current of the module are very large, please do not artificially short-circuit when the module is not working normally. Once the short-circuit occurs, the circuit may be burnt and the tube may burst. Please test the machine for the first time. Please use small current and low voltage test. After ok, apply high current and high voltage. Since it is a bare board module, please pay attention to the insulation of the wiring head. It is strictly forbidden to touch the board parts with strong voltage.

3. Do not connect the motor that is obviously inconsistent with the voltage, current and power of the drive module or is very different to avoid inexplicable damage

4. The motor can't start normally or it is difficult to start (sometimes it needs to manually rotate the motor to start), and the wiring phase may be wrong. Please cut off the power immediately, otherwise, it is easy to damage the drive instantly


Tips:

After receiving the goods, there are generally 5 Hall cables on the brushless motor. Two of them are Hall power cables and three are Hall signal cables. Please distinguish them, especially the power supply cables. The order of the three Hall signal wires connected to the drive board must correspond to the order of the three phase wires on the motor drive board to work normally. If you don't know the definition of the Hall wires, you can use low voltage and low current when the power is turned on for the first time. Debugging, by slowly changing the order of the Hall wires several times until it works normally, do not debug with high current and high voltage. If the Hall wires are not connected in the correct order, test the machine with high voltage and high current, which may damage the MOS tube. . If the three Hall signal wires are connected correctly, the motor runs silky smoothly, and the low-speed startup is stable and the torque is large; if the three Hall signal wires are not connected, they have the following characteristics:
1. The motor cannot start normally or it is difficult to start (sometimes required Manually turn the motor to start)
2. The motor starts jittering weakly and there is noise, and the power tube heats up seriously.
