High Level Trigger Voltage Range:
DC 3.0V - 24V: MOS transistor is on
Less than 0.6V (0V-0.6V): MOS tube is off
Signal voltage cannot be 0.6V-3.0V, as this will not fully open the MOS tube, potentially burning out the high-power output MOS.
 
Low Level Trigger Voltage Range:
DC 0V - 0.6V: MOS tube is on
Above 3.0V: MOS tube is off
Signal voltage cannot be 0.6V-3.0V, as this will not completely open the MOS tube, potentially burning out the high-power output MOS.
 
Trigger Source: High level trigger (DC 3.0V - 24V), low level trigger (DC 0.0V - 0.6V), switch control. Compatible with MCU IO ports, PLC interfaces, DC power supplies, and other PWM signals (0 - 2.5KHZ).
